I could give a thousand and one excuses on why it's been so difficult to get on and stay on track- but they are just excuses. <br /><br />That being said- I refuse to let this become a spiral back (up) the scale. I will stay at the very least honest with myself, and dilligent about what I'm NOT doing that I should be. And you should to.<br /><br />Here's to us- lighter next week. I think you are doing alright all things considered.
