Welcome to IDLE TO IDOL, a blog charting my progress from an unhappy obese individual into a lean, mean fitness machine!
I have started diets and exercise programs in the past, and even had some success, but I always ran out of steam before too long, and ended up being even heavier than before. This time, to make sure that doesn't happen again, I will be blogging about my progress. If I'm putting my results out there in the public domain, and not keeping them a secret, I'll feel more of a need to keep it up.
I'd like to think that there are others like me out there too. People with good intentions, who want to get in shape, but always manage to find some kind of distraction. Hopefully, my success (and I'm thinking positive here, I WILL SUCCEED!) will help others see that it can be done.
I am one week into my program now, and yes, I HAVE seen some results, so stick around to hear about them, how I achieved them, and how you can do the same!
